Made-to-Order Items
Our products are made to order, meaning they are created especially for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We kindly encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order. If you have questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement. if the issue is confirmed. Our goal is to make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Since we process orders promptly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we may not be able to make adjustments.
