Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Many of our products are made to order, which means production begins after your purchase is placed.
During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.
Typical U.S. delivery timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Made-to-Order Products
Because many of our items are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment. This ensures quality control and careful preparation of your order.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information
- High-volume periods
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation
- Include your order number and photos (if damaged)
We will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International shipping times vary by location.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Since we process orders promptly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
